Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking a dependable Baffles Assembler with entry-level welding experience to join our manufacturing team in Batavia, Ohio.

The role focuses on assembling prefabricated metal panels and structural components, requiring basic MIG welding skills, tool use, and accurate measurement reading. Ideal candidates show safety, teamwork, and reliability to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Basic MIG/GMAW welding skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated metal panels and components using MIG welding and bolt-on methods.
• Perform tack and stitch welding.
• Work with mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.
• Operate drills, grinders, cutting wheels, wrenches, clamps and other shop tools.
• Read tape measure; follow written instructions and blueprints.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Assist other departments as needed.
