Job summary

Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking an Electric Assembler in Batavia, OH to diagnose, repair, and rebuild electronics to support customer requirements. The role requires blueprint and schematic reading, installation of electrical components, and accurate measurement and testing of systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow written and verbal instructions; NEC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of on-the-job experience in related field or industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Install electrical components, equipment, or systems.
• Cut metal components for installations.
• Measure materials for installation or assembly.
• Test electrical equipment or systems for proper functioning.
• Repair electrical equipment as needed.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring tools.
• Check electrical units for loose connections and tighten as needed.
• Read and interpret a tape measure accurately.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Lift and maneuver components up to 50 lbs.
