Job summary

Citi is recruiting an experienced Corporate FX Salesperson to join its Markets team in Panama. The role focuses on engaging with corporate treasurers and executives to deliver FX hedging, liquidity, and digital solutions while driving revenue growth across the franchise.

You will originate new business, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, data-driven FX strategies and modernization of treasury operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in FX Sales or related financial services roles.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of FX products including Spot, Forwards, Options, and Swaps.

Responsibilities

• Grow and deepen relationships with corporate clients to increase FX revenues and wallet share.
• Originate new-to-bank business and expand Citi's Corporate FX franchise in the region.
• Deliver strategic FX advisory and customized hedging strategies for clients.
• Lead digital transformation by promoting electronic platforms and API-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Trading, Corporate Banking, and Risk to deliver holistic client outcomes.
