Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current Clinical Social Work license for required state.
• 1 year of experience in the department or 2 years healthcare experience for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Offer brief psychotherapy and supportive counseling.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patient and family; advocate across care continuum.
• Mentor/social work staff and supervise interns as needed.
