We seek a Palliative Care Nurse to deliver direct patient and family care, focusing on serious illness with a prognosis of one year or less outside hospice.

The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based practices, comprehensive patient assessments, and coordinated care planning.

Qualifications

• RN/APRN licensure in the state of practice.
• Nurse Practitioner/CNS with prescriptive authority.
• BCLS licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient and family care through palliative care consultations.
