Job summary

Columbia Machine, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to support the Palletizer Division by developing cohesive marketing initiatives, aiding direct and independent sales, and ensuring consistent branding across channels.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and capable of supporting both sales and marketing activities in a manufacturing and capital equipment environment. Travel to trade shows is required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of lead generation, CRM, and sales pipeline processes.
• Understanding of market and competitor research methods.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or capital equipment markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade shows, events, and other channels.
• Maintain Palletizer Division's social media presence as part of the marketing mix.
• Support direct sales personnel and independent representatives with materials and customer information.
• Identify prospective customers through market research and lead-generation activities.
• Qualify leads and communicate opportunities to sales personnel.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials and sales collateral.
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Sales and Marketing functions.
