Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Palletizer Operator in Boardman, OR. You will operate, monitor, and adjust palletizing equipment to meet production needs and quality standards while maintaining safety and sanitation on the line.

Responsibilities include monitoring line flow, feeding cases and pallets, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure efficient packaging and accurate paperwork. Experience on palletizing equipment and willingness to work in cold environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating palletizing equipment and maintaining safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow detailed shift instructions and paperwork.
• Willingness to work in cold environments and in a fast-paced packaging line.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust palletizing equipment to meet production needs and quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices on the line; perform line-cleaning duties as directed.
• Monitor line flow and ensure proper feed of cases and pallets for efficiency.
• Prepare paperwork for transfers, rework, blending, waste and shift reports.
• Coordinate with lab personnel and supervisors to ensure proper dispositioning of held product.
