Staffmark Group is hiring a Palletizer in Newport, AR to stack and move product on a fast-paced line. You will operate pallet jacks, label finished cases, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED; prior manufacturing and warehouse experience is preferred. Strong attendance, teamwork, and safety focus are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished product cases onto pallets according to required configurations.
• Keep pace with a fast-moving production conveyor.
• Hand-pack products as needed.
• Label finished cases with product and date information.
• Operate manual and hydraulic pallet jacks.
• Move finished pallets to designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality issues.

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts ( 2-2-3 rotation )

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Palletizer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.


• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
