Staffmark Group is hiring for a Pack er role in Montgomeryville, PA. The 2nd shift runs 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM with a pay rate of $18.94 per hour. Responsibilities include loading, packing, inspecting, labeling, and palletizing products while following GMP and safety procedures.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read work orders, and basic measuring tools experience. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and use gauges, scales, and measuring tools to verify products meet quality standards.
• Assemble, package, seal, identify, and stack finished goods for shipment or storage.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMP and safety standards to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work orders, production instructions, and quality procedures.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform visual quality inspections and accurately identify product defects.
• Experience using gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify product specifications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety and quality standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with team assistance.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts with consistent accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a loud production environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations while wearing required PPE.
