Job summary

Staffmark Group in Jonesboro, AR is hiring a Packer to pick, pack, and prepare metal products for shipment. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will read orders, use RF scanners and warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep a clean, safe work area while meeting production schedules.

Education Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
