Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Palletizer in Sun Valley, CA. The role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

This opportunity supports warehouse operations, safety, and inventory control in a fast-paced food production environment. You will palletize products, maintain records, and follow GMP and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Entry level (Previous food manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred)
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished yogurt and food products according to company safety and quality standards
• Work in both cold and warm production environments while maintaining productivity and food safety practices
• Inspect products, packaging, labels, and weights to ensure compliance with company and food production standards
• Load packaging materials and supplies into production equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records throughout the shift
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean, sanitary, and organized in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as directed by supervisors
• Follow all GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and crouching
• Regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Use basic math and counting skills to track production totals and pallet counts accurately
• Identify damaged products, packaging issues, or quality concerns and report or correct them promptly
