Location: Springdale, AR

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday 12 PM-6 PM + Thursday through Saturday 6 AM - 6 PM

Looking for Production Packer jobs in Springdale where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition. Working in a busy manufacturing environment, on a wet wipe production line.

Job Duties

• Box making, packing, palletizing, and rework of product
• Other general production duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Packer.
• Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
