Job summary

Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC seeks an Operator I for Line Supply Pallet Jack on the 1st shift. This full-time role coordinates line operations to meet quality, safety, and production standards. You will operate pallet jacks, manage material flow, and support audits with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

The position requires basic production knowledge, ability to work across teams, and flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures.
• Warehouse or production experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation of manufacturing line to assure quality, compliance, safety, and production standards are met.
• Be part of line setup, operation, clearance, and changeover in coordination with leaders.
• Record transactions of product movement and follow FIFO standards.
• Verify quantities and ensure correct materials are used on the line.
• Assist with audits and locate lost items on the mezzanine.
• Ensure products are scanned to proper locations and warehouse ready.
