Job summary

Flagstone Foods, a leading snack producer, seeks an Operator I - Line Supply Pallet Jack for 2nd shift in Robersonville, NC. You will coordinate line operations, ensure safety and quality, load and stage product, and work with leaders on setup and changeovers.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include accurate line delivery, proper material handling, FIFO tracking, and daily scanning to locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures and safety.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with peers and leadership.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of manufacturing line to meet quality, safety and production standards.
• Bring product to the line accurately and timely.
• Load product into assigned locations and verify quantities.
• Collaborate with line leaders on setup, changeovers and cleaning.
• Record transactions and follow FIFO in production floor
• Ensure correct materials are used as per bill of material.
• Maintain area housekeeping and proper scanning to locations.
• Support audits and investigate missing items on mezzanine.
• Comply with food safety requirements and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
