Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC seeks a Line Support II for 1st shift to help run candy room, mixing, roasting and palletizing processes. You will follow the daily production schedule, monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and food safety standards are met.

The role requires basic problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent teamwork and adherence to allergen control programs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with peers and leadership.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.

Responsabilités

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Operate and monitor equipment in the Candy Room, Mixing, Roasting, and Palletizing areas to ensure products are produced according to specifications.
• Perform equipment adjustments to maintain production standards and minimize downtime.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines and cleaning/verification activities.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other production areas to maintain flow and meet the daily schedule.
• Support palletizing and material handling activities including labeling and movement of finished product.
