Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking an Operator I to join the 1st shift in Robersonville, NC. You will execute production schedules, set up equipment, and operate machinery to meet safety and quality standards.

Working under the Production Supervisor, you’ll troubleshoot issues, complete paperwork, and support cleaning and allergen controls while adapting to shift needs and maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of production experience in food manufacturing.
• Machine operator experience required.
• Mechanically inclined with use of tools and tape measures.
• Effective communication with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work across shifts and handle change.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet orders.
• Set up equipment and supplies to maintain processing standards.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery safely.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and allergen control guidelines.
• Complete paperwork to company standards.
• Investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Support food safety and quality improvements.
