Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir deployments in Washington, DC and CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will set up Palantir systems on-site, train users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 2+ years in field service or defense environments, and hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 2+ years of experience supporting operational users in a field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support role in a defense or military environment.
• Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven Smart System with a strong emphasis on Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager.
• Familiarity with military operational workflows, reporting processes, and intelligence or operational data environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort as a first-line support resource for mission-critical systems.
• Ability to work on-site and support CONUS/OCONUS operations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Palantir systems on-site.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fix system issues.
• Train users on how to operate and maintain both hardware and software.
• Quickly respond to and resolve technical problems.
• Log all activities, issues, and fixes.
• Support system upgrades and changes.
• Work closely with military teams to ensure smooth adoption.
• Share feedback to improve the system based on real-world use.
