Job summary

Barbaricum, a government contractor focused on Defense and National Security, seeks an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst with Palantir platform expertise. You will train users, troubleshoot issues, and develop new Palantir use cases while embedding with client teams across the globe.

A strong background in intelligence or related fields is highly valued, with readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia)
• Military/Special Operations or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders preferred
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in classroom settings
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows
• Develop relationships with users and surface use‑case gaps
• Build initial Palantir dashboard products and assist users
• Stay current on Palantir platform features
• Staff Help Desk and troubleshoot with Palantir engineering
• Give timely feedback to Palantir engineering about product issues
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
