Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementations and train users worldwide. You will embed with analysts, test and troubleshoot issues, and help develop new Palantir use cases while solving complex problems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Palantir experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with global teams; occasional travel is required to support clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia).
• Ability to train analysts and users.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Develop relationships with users and surface use case gaps.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features.
• Staff Help Desk and troubleshoot issues with Palantir team.
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering.
• Communicate product or user issues to Palantir team.
