Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementation teams and strengthen client partnerships. You will train users, troubleshoot issues, and develop new Palantir use cases while collaborating with global teams on challenging missions.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance eligibility, with domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia) required.
• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI or above clearance eligibility.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Excellent communication and ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Surface use case gaps and build initial dashboard products.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff Help Desk and troubleshoot with Palantir engineering.
• Provide timely feedback to engineering and surface issues.
• Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.
