Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir-based programs, align resource capacity with demand, and ensure delivery commitments are met.

You will coordinate between customers, delivery teams, and leadership, driving project governance and risk management across multiple engagements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, service delivery, or operations management.
• Experience managing technical/data projects.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of customer projects and service engagements.
• Staff projects and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate status meetings and update customers.
• Maintain project dashboards and governance standards.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir-based programs.
