Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer projects and Palantir-based programs, aligning resources with demand and guiding teams through governance and risk management.

You will act as the operational hub between customers, delivery teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are staffed, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and resources.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Palantir or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource assignments across several customer engagements and projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project status meetings, delivery reviews, and customer update meetings.
• Ensure projects remain on track and proactively address obstacles affecting delivery.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and delivery metrics.
