Job summary

CLA is seeking a senior technical leader to guide Palantir Foundry implementations across multiple projects in Boise. You will drive architectural decisions, promote engineering standards, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise app experience, Palantir Foundry familiarity, and strong data/integration skills to support complex workflows and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Establish engineering standards and patterns across Foundry projects.
• Guide Foundry enablement and consistent deployment practices.
• Conduct design reviews and manage technical risk.
• Mentor engineers and develop team capability.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align with product priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
