Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience; 8+ preferred.
• Experience leading complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs and mentoring engineers.
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred.
• Travel: <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and deployment patterns across projects.
• Review complex designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long‑term support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers to raise capabilities.
• Coordinate cross‑project planning with product owners, architects, and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive durable fixes.
