Job summary

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple TS/SCI Cleared Palantir Foundry Field Service Representatives to support a large DoW Program at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, South Carolina.

You will serve as the primary interface between end users, mission stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, ensuring Palantir Foundry solutions are deployed, adopted, and operationalized to meet real-world mission requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting Military, Special Operations, or Intelligence Communities in a field service role or a related role.
• Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven (Ontology, Workflow, Slate) required.
• Foundational technical skills in data analysis, systems integration, platform deployment, data pipelines, SQL, and user adoption.
• Familiarity with intelligence targeting and firing systems and fusing intelligence data.
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between end users, mission stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
• Ensure Palantir Foundry solutions are deployed, adopted, and operationalized.
• Train users on best practices and facilitate user adoption.
• Brief senior leadership as required.
