Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience needed; training is provided at start, with compensation during training and then a combo of hourly pay and commissions as you build your customer base.

You will travel to customer locations or work at sites to repair dents on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s PDR process, review work with customers, write orders, and promote our services while developing relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Resilience to outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
