Job summary

Dent Wizard International is hiring for an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – Trainee. Training is provided with compensation during training and travel/lodging included; no prior experience is required. You will learn a proprietary PDR process and work directly with customers across various sites.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour, with uncapped commission as you build your customer base. This role offers comprehensive benefits, an opportunity for growth, and a path to higher

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service to interact with clients.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
