Job summary

Dent Wizard in the United States is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required to join our growing team. You will travel to customer locations or work at a site to repair minor dents using our proprietary PDR process, learning firsthand in a structured training program.

We offer paid training, a path to uncapped earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with progression as you build your skills and customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver\'s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard\'s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
