Job summary

Dent Wizard, the nation's leader in automotive reconditioning, is hiring a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required. Training is paid, followed by a combo of hourly pay and commission as you build your customer base.

Long-term earning potential is $60,000–$150,000+. You’ll travel to customer locations or work at sites, repair dents, and promote our services while developing your skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites or work at an assigned site to repair dents using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
