Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required, offering paid training and a path to uncapped earnings. You will travel to customer sites or work at an assigned location repairing minor dents using our PDR process and build customer relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence, and physical stamina to work outdoors. Starting pay is $22.05 per hour, with benefits and a company vehicle, gas card, and tools allowance

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
