Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our field team and service vehicles at customer sites and assigned shops.

No experience is required to start; training is paid, followed by uncapped commission potential with earnings that can reach $60,000–$150,000+ depending on location and performance. You’ll travel, perform repairs, document work, and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to interact with clients.
• Ability to work independently in variable outdoor conditions.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for dent repair work.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at sites to repair dents using PDR.
• Review work with customers, write work orders, and obtain approvals.
