Dent Wizard is the nation’s leader in automotive reconditioning and protection services, offering paid training and a path to uncapped earnings. The Entry-level Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician role starts with training compensation at the hourly rate, then moves to a commission-based structure as you build your customer base.

You’ll travel to customer locations or work at sites to repair dents, review work with customers, and write orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and obtain approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
