Job summary

Butler Community College seeks a Painter/Carpenter at the Andover campus to perform a range of construction tasks, including interior and exterior painting, finish painting, carpentry with rough-in and cabinetry, and related facilities maintenance duties. You will report to the General Supervisor at the Andover campus and contribute to campus upkeep with pride in workmanship.

The Painter/Carpenter performs all types of construction to include painting inside and out, finish painting, carpentry including rough-in and cabinetry and numerous related tasks, and other Facilities maintenance duties as assigned. Required experience

• A. Experience in use of trade related equipment.
• B. Minimum of 2-3 years painting/wood finishing and 2-3 years carpentry experience.

Required educational background
