Greiner Industries seeks an Industrial/Automotive Painter to prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and ensure high-quality finishes. You will read blueprints, handle ladders and hoists, and maintain safety and teamwork standards at our Mount Joy operations.

Responsabilidades

• Sand and smooth surfaces for painting.
• Prepare paint; apply primers and finish coats; check flow and viscosity; inspect coated surfaces.
• Operate paint guns, pressure pots, and related equipment.
• Wipe down surfaces to remove dust, dirt, and oils for proper adhesion.
• Apply caulk to seams and joints as needed for proper seal and finish.
• Assist with setup and parts preparation for the paint booth/finishing process.
• Safely work from ladders to reach high/ hard-to-access areas.
• Prepare surfaces by filling cracks/holes; support timely production with the team.
• Travel and overtime/weekends as needed.

Overview

Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Industrial/Automotive Painter who will be responsible for surface preparation, paint mixing, and application to ensure high-quality finishes that meet company and customer specifications. This role requires preparing surfaces, applying coatings to proper mil thickness standards, reading blueprints and SOPs, and safely operating ladders and material-handling equipment such as hoists or overhead cranes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, knowledge of painting tools and materials, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Min: USD $25.00/Hr.

Max: USD $28.75/Yr.
