Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Industrial/Automotive Painter who will be responsible for surface preparation, paint mixing, and application to ensure high‑quality finishes that meet company and customer specifications. This role requires preparing surfaces, applying coatings to proper mil thickness standards, reading blueprints and SOPs, and safely operating ladders and material‑handling equipment such as hoists or overhead cranes.
Key responsibilities include: demonstrating strong attention to detail, knowledge of painting tools and materials, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
All positions require customer focus with a service‑oriented attitude as well as attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities is essential. Ability to travel and work overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in‑house demands. All applicants must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening and must have a clean driving record.
