Job Summary and Qualifications

A Painter is skilled in working with various finishes and materials in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, building maintenance, pressure washing, and exterior painting tasks.

What you will do:

• Install and repair drywall and metal studs.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine materials and methods.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coats of paint, varnish, stains, or enamels.
• Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers for painting.
• Surface smoothing, old paint removal, and filling holes and cracks.
• Select or prepare paints to match specified colors.
• Protect surfaces from damage during work.
• Pressure wash and clean exterior surfaces, including HVAC equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in clinical spaces per infection prevention protocols.

What you need:

• Minimum one year of experience required.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Driver's License required.
