Job Summary and Qualifications

A Painter is skilled in working with various finishes and construction materials in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, and building maintenance, including pressure washing and exterior painting.

What you will do:

• Install and repair drywall and metal studs.
• Read blueprints or specifications to determine materials, time, and methods.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coats of paint, varnish, stains, or enamels to decorate and protect surfaces and fixtures.
• Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers for painting tasks.
• Smooth surfaces, remove old paint, fill holes and cracks, and match paint colors.
• Protect surfaces from damage during work.
• Pressure wash and clean exterior surfaces, including curbs, signs, and HVAC equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, especially in infection-sensitive areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience required.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
