Job Summary and Qualifications:

The Painter role involves working with various finishes and materials in commercial and industrial settings, including carpentry, drywall installation and repair, and exterior painting.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and repairing drywall and metal studs.
• Reading blueprints to determine materials and methods.
• Preparing surfaces and applying paints, varnishes, stains, or enamels.
• Smoothing surfaces, removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and matching paint colors.
• Protecting surfaces, pressure washing exteriors, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of experience.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Driver's license required.
