Reports to

Assembly & Processing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow engineering work order directions, including processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs.
2. Rack and hang parts for processing.
3. Maintain an organized work center.
4. Prepare painting materials and products for paint applications.
5. Layout or hang parts for painters.
6. Complete required documentation in line with quality standards.
7. Support continuous improvement activities within the department.
8. Maintain an accurate Work Center Dispatch List.
9. Support other business objectives through ad hoc tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; verification required at hire. ITAR regulations apply. No visa sponsorship available.
• At least one (1) year of painting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP/MRP experience, particularly with Epicor.
• Experience in chemical conversion or painting fabrication for aerospace.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
