nVent in Georgia is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for a night shift to prepare surfaces, mix colors, apply finishes, and ensure quality while following safety protocols. You will work with hand and power tools, operate a forklift, and support lean manufacturing principles in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; mechanical knowledge for equipment setup.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with auto body repair techniques is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections.
