Job summary

Rally Construction Group is seeking an experienced Paint Finisher in Jacksonville, FL to apply interior and exterior paints and coatings from start to finish. You will prepare surfaces, mix colors, and ensure a professional, uniform finish that meets Rally Construction Group's standards.

The role requires knowledge of spray equipment, rollers, brushes, and specialty finishes, with an emphasis on consistency, safety, and timely completion.

You'll apply paints and coatings throughout the production process, ensuring every home receives a professional, consistent finish that meets Rally Construction Group's standards.
