Job summary

Rally Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple residential trim crews and projects. You will ensure safety, on-time completion, and top-quality work while serving as the primary field leader for trim operations.

In this role you will coordinate daily schedules, manage manpower across communities, inspect workmanship for code compliance, and mentor field supervisors and craftsmen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential trim construction experience.
• Previous superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry methods and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple active communities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and layout from blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential trim crews across multiple communities.
