Job summary

Rally Construction Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dependable Paint Installer to join our residential painting team. You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and ensure finishes meet Rally Construction Group's standards while keeping projects on schedule.

As part of our on-site crew, you will use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, inspect work for quality, and collaborate with supervisors to complete touch-ups and safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing residential or commercial paint finishes.
• Experience using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite.
• Ability to work safely on ladders and in various weather conditions when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Perform interior and exterior painting according to builder specifications.
• Ensure consistent color, coverage, and finish quality throughout each project.
• Complete touch-ups and corrections as needed before builder walkthroughs.
• Work with supervisors and team members to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain painting equipment, tools, and materials.
• Follow all Rally Construction Group safety and quality standards.

You'll play a key role in preparing, painting, and finishing new homes while delivering quality workmanship, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project meets Rally Construction Group's standards.
