Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager on planning and executing store strategies in a Park City, Utah location. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, assist in training, and help generate sales leads through customer contact.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a safe, profitable store environment with opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising, incl. promotions and displays.
• Support employee training, development, performance management and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
