Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Park City, UT to partner with the Store Manager on strategizing and executing store operations, including customer service, merchandising, inventory, and safety. Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build product knowledge to provide effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Support training and performance management for staff.
• Respond to customer or employee complaints and resolve issues.
• Partner with Store Manager to pursue outside sales opportunities.
