The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in planning and implementing store strategies. You will assist in supervising staff, manage customer service, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety, and help generate sales leads.

The role may involve evenings or weekends and includes eligibility for bonus and comprehensive health benefits, time away from work, and relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and reporting.
