Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #8278 in American Fork, UT. You will assist in person and by phone, determine customer needs, and present suitable Sherwin‑Williams products to meet those needs.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining displays, and supporting delivery operations. A TS/GS level of experience and bilingual Spanish skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on multiple timeframes.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions across assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
