Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in planning and executing store strategies across operations, customer service, and merchandising in a busy paint store.

The role involves supervising staff, facilitating training, and driving sales initiatives while ensuring safety and policy adherence. Strong leadership and customer-focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build product knowledge to recommend effectively.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support staff training and performance management.
• Address customer/employee complaints.
• Assist Store Manager with outside sales calls to grow market share.
