Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams is hiring a Delivery Driver to serve wholesale and retail customers, delivering paints and related products from local Sherwin‑Williams stores. You will build trusted relationships, determine customer needs, and ensure timely, safe deliveries using company vans or trucks.

Responsibilities include processing orders, following routes, maintaining vehicle upkeep, handling payments when necessary, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented delivery role requiring safe driving and on-time service.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, safety procedures, etc., when driving a vehicle.
