Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers from Store #701035 in Lakewood, OH. You will determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Driver’s license valid and unrestricted.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain and organize work orders and displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and prepare displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
